Cheryl Cole has allegedly been offered £500,000 to pose naked for lads mag Girls Aloud singer to go nude for a centrefold shoot.
Bosses of the US mag reportedly think that Chezza, who is known for being a bit of a good girl will be extremely popular with men Stateside.
It is thought that Cheryl has turned down their extremely generous offer but judging by the X Factor judge's latest calendar shoot, she may still change her mind.
Chezza is pictured in one of the seductive shots wearing a see-through top on accompanied with army style boots and hat.
The Parachute singer, who is currently in LA reportedly recording new material after being hit with malaria is also said to be 'desperate to get back into shape' after contracting the illness.
Cheryl has allegedly hit the gym again with rumoured boyfriend Derek Hough for the first time since she caught the disease, with reports suggesting she feels unfit.

A source told The Mirror: "Now she’s feeling better, she is desperate to start boosting her cardiovascular fitness."
They added: "But the main incentive is the forthcoming photoshoot for her next solo album. The album shoot will be really arty but will see her in minimal clothing."
