Cheryl Cole 'Turns Down' Britain's Got Talent

The Girls Aloud star will NOT be replacing ex-judge Michael McIntyre...

Cheryl Cole has apparently snubbed Simon Cowell's offer to join the Britain's Got Talent panel and wants him to stop using her name to generate publicity for the show.
Following the news that BGT judge Michael McIntyre had quit, [uuid=a51f8683-9ab2-4700-8937-e5f95a1c8894]Chezza was instantly linked to replace him[/uuid], with SiCo previously stating that it wouldn't be a "bad idea" getting the Girls Aloud star to join the ITV programme.
However, The Metro has reported that Cole has declined the music mogul's proposal, with a source telling the newspaper that there is no way the Fight For This Love singer will appear on BGT.
The insider revealed: "There is absolutely no chance in hell Cheryl will even consider doing Britain’s Got Talent. She’s not even willing to discuss it. She’s turned it down before."
"Simon knows by mentioning her it will get publicity for his shows. She’s fed up. Cheryl’s walked away from it all and moved forward. Simon keeps dragging it up and her name."

They coninued: "Cheryl’s in a great place right now and has always said that music is her main focus. She was really happy to get out and live a little during London Fashion Week and really enjoyed herself."

"Everyone was really nice to her and she loved catching up with everyone. The X Factor is history for her now."

A friend of Cheryl's also told The Sun that she believes being linked with BGT is "a massive joke", with the source adding: "Why on earth would she do that show when she turned down [a return to] The X Factor?"
