The 3 Words singer has apparently hired a top divorce lawyer to get proceedings over with quickly and discreetly.

 

Reports say top of Chezza’a demands are a lifetime gagging order- preventing him from spilling the beans on their relationship.

 

It’s also claimed that Ash will not be allowed to contact the Girls Aloud star for 6 months after the divorce.

 

Rumours also say Cheryl wants to buy out Ashley’s half of their £6 million mansion.

 

Yesterday reports said that there is now no chance that the couple will reconcile after the Chelsea footballer was spotted partying with a group of girls.
