Cheryl Tweedy-Cole has left her husband- Chelsea footballer Ashley Cole- after he allegedly cheated on her with more than one woman.

Newspaper reports now claim she could demand 4Million in a divorce settlement. According to 'The Sun' she has already seen a lawyer and a legal battle could ensue.

Sources claimed he had sex with a young hairdresser Aimee Walton and that his representatives offered her money to have an abortion (if she was pregnant).

Since those revelations at least two other women have claimed they were also paid off after having sex with the England left back.

Girls Aloud singer Cheryl is quoted saying yesterday: "I am leaving Ashley, I cant take any more. However her management told 'The Sun': They are definitely still together."

Cheryl has gone away for a break to clear her head for a few days.
