Cheryl Cole has reportedly claimed she doesn’t want any assets that she shares with love cheat husband Ashley Cole – because they have too many painful memories.

A source ‘close’ to the couple told the tabloid: "If the two of them aren't going to be together Ashley is not bothered about that stuff. But Cheryl doesn't seem to want any of it either."

They added: "It all must remind her of times when they were happy together. It will be one hell of a bring and buy sale!"

The Parachute singer is said to be in divorce talks with Prince Charles’ ex-lawyer although Ashley is said to have requested they wait till after this summer's World Cup.
