Cheryl Cole - or should we say Cheryl Fernandez-Versini - has been busy giving Miley Cyrus a run for her money in the twerking stakes.

The 31-year old's PA Lily England took to Instagram last night (July 24) to share a clip of Chezza shaking her booty backstage while on the set of her Crazy Stupid Love music video.

In the clip, the X Factor judge can be seen twerking upside down against a wall, with her huge rose tattoo clearly on displaying.

After successfully showing off her skills, Chezza then celebrates with a cute victory dance, before quickly going to put back on her slippers.

While visiting James in the studio, the Call My Name hitmaker addressed her recent marriage to Frenchman Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, revealing she would have rather of kept their union a secret for a bit longer.

She also spoke about her return to the X Factor panel, describing new judge Mel B as "lovely", before adding: "It's actually been going really well, we're back in the small rooms which I prefer because it's more personal.

"Especially when you have Simon's face looking at you, that's scary enough!"

When asked about her friendship with SiCo, the former Mrs Cole concluded: "Obviously we don't agree on everything but that's how our relationship is."
