Cheryl Tweedy-Cole has been given advice by Victoria Beckham after she split from her footballer husband.

According to 'The News Of The World' the Girls Aloud star has been on the phone to Posh since allegations Ashley Cole cheated on her. VB apparently told her fellow girl-group star: Get your hair done, put on some make-up, treat yourself to a posh frock then brave the world.

A source told the paper: Posh told her she has to be honest with herself and if she believes she can save the marriage to do everything to make that happen.

Newspapers claimed Chelsea star Ashley had sex with a young hairdresser Aimee Walton and that his representatives offered her money to have an abortion.

Cheryl then left the house last Tuesday with her spokesman admitting she needed a break to clear her head.
