The music mogul has declared war on the Girls Aloud beauty, claiming that he does not want her to win the show for the THIRD time after being victorious in the last two series - winning with both Alexandra Burke andJoe McElderry.

Cowell moaned to Dannii Minogue and Chezza.
Simon explained: "Sometimes we have got into the habit and I’m partly responsible for this of the judges’ personalities being talked about more than the contestants."
He also added that there will be no 'sob stories' on this year's show claiming: "I like it when people are honest about why they have entered. If you’ve entered because you want to get rich and famous, then that’s great. Just don’t pretend you’re doing it in memory of your dead dog."

McElderry, who recently revealed he was gay told New! magazine: “I went to see Cheryl perform in London and she was dancing with Derek."
He added: "Afterwards backstage, he was so sweet and caring around her. He’s obviously her rock. They’ve become really close – he’s perfect for her.”
