Simon Cowell Makes Cheryl Cole A 'Lady' On Birthday

Simon Cowell seems to have made it up to Cheryl Cole for missing her 30th birthday celebrations in Las Vegas… by buying the Geordie star a title.

 

According to The Sun, Chezza is now a Lady after SiCo purchased a piece of land in the Scottish Highlands for the Call My Name singer, which came complete with the title.

 

The Girls Aloud babe had been celebrating turning the big 3-0 in Sin City with boyfriend Tre Holloway and pals Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts, when finding out about SiCo's gift.

 A source told the newspaper: "Simon had the deeds for the land and the details of her new title delivered to where Cheryl was staying.”

 

Cheryl herself later thanked Cowell for the gift, posting a snap of the land deeds and tweeting: "@SimonCowell & I will now be referred to as Lady Cheryl Cole when you address me both in person & through the media."

 

The 53-year old - who famously sacked Cole from The X Factor USA in 2011 - was also forced to deny claims that he snubbed Chezza's b'day bash last night (July 1).

 

Cowell took to Twitter to state: "I didn't snub Cheryl's party. I just couldn't go because of my filming dates. We are close friends again and I adore her."
