Over the past few days Geordie Shore's Chloe Ferry has been open about her decision to go under the knife again, and yesterday the lass updated her fans after a successfuloperation.

A bandaged up Chlo took to Snapchat following the surgery to let her fans know that all went well, and things got seriously emotional as she broke down while explaining her decision to undergo more procedures.

The lass underwent a procedure to fix her previous nose job as well as a boob job by leading UKplastic surgeon, Christopher Inglefield, on Monday.

Following the surgery, Chloe saw on Twitter that people were "confused" by her decision to have more procedures, and so she gave a lengthy and emotional explanation as to why.

The lass has also vowed that this is the last of her surgery, admitting: "That's it for surgery, no more surgery. I can't put myself through it anymore."

Fortunately, Chloe has a brilliant support system behind her, with Sam Gowland waiting for her with flowers and choccies upon her safe return home.

Sharing a snap with his lady, he wrote on Instagram: "Buzzing she’s back home safe and well from surgery❤️@chloegshore1."

We're so pleased to know that all went well with Chloe's procedures, and we're wishing her the speediest of recoveries.
