Chloe Ferry Announces She’s Opening Her Own Beauty Shop ‘CM House of Aesthetics’

Chloe Ferry just keeps on proving her haters wrong as she has announced she is growing her empire and opening her own shop.

With several properties to her name, a sunglasses line, a cosmetics range and countless endorsement deals, the reality star is venturing out further into the world of beauty.

The 23-year-old announced the major news last night with an exciting post on Instagram, showing her absolutely beaming in front of an estate agents.

"Very proud moment buying my first shop at 23," she captioned the gorgeous photo. "So excited for this."

Tagging her beauty shop's official Instagram account, Chloe simulatenously revealed the name of her first franchise in Newcastle: CM House of Aesthetics.

What will it offer, you ask? Well, she took fans around the shop to show off her vision, and she revealed everything that will be going down.

Split into three rooms, the salon will offer eyelashes, nails, microblading, lip fillers and - yes - "all the fillers". The shop's Instagram's first few posts are all of early client's lip filler results, although with Chloe specifying that more filler proecedures will be done, we reckon they'll be offering botox, cheek fillers and everything else you can imagine.

She hasn't yet revealed when CM House of Aesthetics will be opening as she only just picked up the keys yesterday and it looks pretty bare just now.

However, you never know how quickly Chloe can turn things around as she is always surprising us with her latest ventures, so watch this space. Perhaps she'll be the UK's youngest self-made billionaire?
