Chloe Ferry Says She 'Didn't Even Have Lunch Money' Before Geordie Shore
Chloe Ferry's been talking about life before Geordie Shore. Read it all over at MTV.co.uk.
Say what you want about Chloe Ferry’s love of farting, fanny-flashing and general mental antics on TV, but there’s no denying that these days, she’s transformed into an absolute girl boss.
She’s become world famous for her truly radge personality and literally gets paid for being herself (aka the best job ever). Plus, last year she was inspired by Kylie Jenner to launch her own mini makeup empire on the side now.
But in a recent interview about life before Geordie Shore, Chloe’s revealed that being sensible about the money-side of things is pretty important to her, as she struggled financially when growing up.
Opening up to the Daily Star about the money problems that her family faced before she entered the Geordie house, Chloe said that she’s determined to be clever with her earnings now after scrimping the pennies for years.
"Before Geordie Shore we didn't have much money. My mum is a single parent,” Chloe admitted.
"When I went to college I didn't even have lunch money sometimes because it was so hard to get. She was a single parent so she brought me up all by herself."
But in typical Chloe style, she's looking on the bright side of things. Adding that the hard times have lead her to be even more determined to succeed, Chloe went on: "Obviously I've got a bit of money now, but I know now to be wise with my money. I'll always save it. I'm really clued up with my business because of it.
"It's not been an awful background but a bad background to know and I know what I need to do now to make money."
What a babe.
