Chloe Moretz Brands Kim Kardashian 'Sad' Over The Way She Handled Their Feud
This one isn't dying down.
For anyone who's forgotten the most unexpected celeb clash to hit the headlines in 2016, it all started when Chloe chastised Kim for posting a nude selfie. Her argument was that young girls need to be encouraged that they're "worth more" than their bodies.
At the time Kim responded with an infamous tweet: "let's all welcome @ChloeGMoretz to twitter, since no one knows who she is. your nylon cover is cute boo," while Khloe landed herself in hot water after posting a shot of a bikini-clad girl whose bathing suit had slid to the side. It was later proven that this image wasn't Chloe.
Having her say on the social-media fallout that ensued after her comments, Chloe opened up to Variety about their public clash: "It’s sad for her to reach out like that to a young woman,” she said. “There’s a lot of woman-on-woman hate.”
This isn't the first time Chloe has opened up about the feud. In an interview with Elle, she defended her position on naked selfies: "I think if people looked into something bigger that I was trying to speak upon, they wouldn't be so easy to fire back silly, miscellaneous things.”
No word from Kim yet but it looks like the bad blood between these two isn't going anywhere.
