Chris Brown And Calvin Harris Make Up
They settle their dispute over Chris’ Yeah 3x track…
Calvin had previously accused the R&B star of copying his 2009 track I’m Not Alone. He tweeted at the time: "Choked on my cornflakes when I heard new Chris Brown single this morning. Do you know what I mean?"
Although UK followers tended to agree with Calvin, he received abusive messages from Chris’ US fans, to which he replied: "Because Chris Brown is an international celebrity doesn't make it OK to rip off a guy from UK not many people have heard of." But he added that he wasn’t planning on taking any legal action.
But the Acceptable In The 80s hitmaker has now revealed to BBC that the pair have resolved all their differences.
“He phoned me up. He was gutted about the whole situation,” Calvin said of the Forever star. “Once he heard the original he was like, 'Wow. OK,' and sorted it out. He gave me half that track.”
Calvin added that he’s since become a massive fan of the singer. He said: "He released Beautiful People and now I just love him cause that is a tune. We're fine. We're great. Chris Brown's like my best mate now."
