Chris Brown Lawyer Wants Case Dismissed
He says there have been too many leaks…

Attorney Mark Geragos told E! News yesterday (April 29) that leaks surrounding the case mean it should be thrown out of court.
He said: “Leaks can form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regard to outrageous governmental misconduct.”
Weeks after the incident website TMZ acquired a photo that appeared to show a bruised and cut Rihanna.
After a request from Brown’s lawyer a hearing has been rescheduled for May 28. Reports say this could help Chris reach a plea-bargain deal with prosecutors.
The judge at Wednesday’s hearing also ordered cops to give back $1.4 million worth of borrowed jewellery which Rihanna was wearing on the night of the incident.
