Chris Brown To Remain In Jail Until June After Assault Trial Delay
US reports claim Breezy faces another two months behind bars. Find out why here...
A source has since told The Washington Post that US Marshals will now escort the Turn Up The Music hitmaker back to Los Angeles, where a judge will decide whether he should remain behind bars until his trial starts in just over two months.
CBS adds that Breezy is expected to stay in custody until at least May 1, when he is due to attend an LA probation hearing.
If convicted of the assault charge, the 24-year old faces a maximum jail term of six months and $1,000 fine, but he could also be sent to prison for four more years in California as a result of violating the terms of his probation, which comes from his assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.
