Chris Brown's Restraining Order Lifted
A restraining order banning Chris Brown from being in the same room as ex-girlfriend Rihanna has officially been lifted in LA.
The move means that the Yeah 3x star is now legally allowed near RiRi, as long as he does not "annoy" her.
Following reports that the S&M singer had agreed for the ban to be relaxed, the restraining order imposed on Brown following his attack on the Barbadian beauty in 2009 has now been replaced by a "level one order."
Brown, who attended the court hearing with lawyer Mark Geragos, is now allowed to be around Rihanna, but he must stick to a number of conditions.
According to Radar Online, Judge Patricia Schnegg told Breezy: "I'm approving the order. You can't annoy, molest, or conduct surveillance of the person on the order."
Rihanna was not present in court, but her lawyer Donald Etra spoke on her behalf, stating: "I have spoken with my client, and she does not object to it being modified to a level one order,"
