Chris Evans Visits Children's Hospital Dressed As Captain America

Chris Evans might have won that famous Super Bowl bet with his mate Chris Pratt, but that hasn't stopped him carrying out the same "penalty" that his pal performed for losing.

You might remember that Pratt dressed up as his Star Lord character from Guardians Of The Galaxy last month and visited kids with cancer at Christopher's Haven in Boston.

If Evans' team - the New England Patriots - had lost he was going to attend the Seattle Children's Hospital dressed as Captain America.

And that's exactly what the big-hearted star did this weekend - delighting many of the young patients at the facility.

He tweeted: "AMAZING day at ‪@seattlechildren w ‪@prattprattpratt. Met some TRUE super heroes! Feeling inspired, blessed, touched. Thank you w all my heart."
