Chrissy Teigen, even when vacationing in the tropics with a newborn, is funnier than we could ever be in our wildest dreams.

The author is living up to her world-appointed title of Queen of Twitter more than ever this week as she has been on an absolute roll with the hilarious #content.

From clocking the ridiculousness of her own sponsored podcasts to today's workout transformation, we don't know how she does it but you have to see the latest.

Earlier today Chrissy shared a workout video on her Instagram Stories, from whichever unbelievably gorgeous holiday destination her and husband John Legend are currently living, showing her workin' on her legs, thighs and booty.

The video was slapped with a 'BEFORE' caption so we knew something good was coming, although we didn't expect to see Teigen built like Elastigirl.

Photoshopping her waist to approximately 3mm wide and making her glutes 15x bigger than before, she proved to the world that a couple of reps is all that's necessary for Operation Thicc.

She shared the hilarious snap on Twitter along with her recommended workout, saying: "i have been training to be an Instagram fitness model. this is after one bag of tea and 5 reps of 2 squats !!!!"

In case you don't believe her, she even came through with some world-class words of inspiration: "If I can do it so Can U!!!!"

We are fully obsessed with this transformation and even more so with Chrissy in general, who just continues to be goals in every aspect of life.
