Coldplay Announce EP
Chris Martin confirms theyll release new material before the end of 2008
Coldplay have announced plans to really spoil us by bringing out a new EP before the end of the year. The band only released their fourth album Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends in June but now the group have revealed theyve got more new material up their musical sleeves. As well as a new EP- which could feature the groups unreleased Kylie collaboration- Coldplay plan to bring out their fifth album before 2009 is out. Chris Martin told the BBC: We're going to put an EP out at Christmas called Prospekts March and we're going to release an album next December to end the decade. Their current album is likely to be one of the biggest selling records of 2008.
