Coldplay have made it to number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 with new single Viva La Vida. The track is also likely to hit the top spot in Britain this Sunday despite there not being a video or CD for it. Chris Martins group will then have the number one album- with Viva La Vida or Death And All His Friends- and single in the UK. The success of Coldplays latest single has been helped by it sound tracking an ipod advert around the world and their live performance of it at the MTV Movie Awards.
