Coldplay have premiered their new single, A Sky Full Of Stars.

The track is the second cut to be taken from Chris Martin and Co's sixth studio album Ghost Stories, following Magic.

A Sky Full Of Stars is available to download from 12.01am this Saturday, May 3 - ahead of Ghost Stories on May 19.

The band are currently in the process of revealing song lyrics for the LP by hiding Martin's handwritten lyric sheets in libraries across the world.

The papers will be hidden in ghost story books in nine different countries, with fans who find the lyrics also awarded a Golden Ticket to see Coldplay perform at the Royal Albert Hall in London on July 1.

Coldplay are also due to headline Radio 1's Big Weekend on Saturday, May 24 in Glasgow.
