Coronation Street Spoilers: Bomb At The Bistro, Monday 24 – Friday 28 July
Coming up in Coronation Street, Michelle’s frightened for her life when a homemade bomb is thrown at the bistro.
Will Michelle Connor ever catch a break? There’s no sunshine in store this summer for lovely ‘Chelle, alas. Things get even worse when someone sprays RIP on the wall of the bistro. And just so that she and Robert Preston really get the message, a Molotov cocktail is hurled at the door. Could awful Rich be behind it all? We’d put money on it.
Where’s there’s blame…
Speaking of awful Rich, Chesney Brown is still suffering from the stab wounds the villain inflicted. Feeling sorry for him, and with an attack of the guilts, Michelle puts £200 in a card. But Adam Barlow sees the gift as an admission of responsibility, and persuades Chesney to sue the bistro for a cool £10,000.
All change at the Rovers
Over at the pub, Peter Barlow and Toyah Battersby have a grand opening to celebrate their take over. But Toyah’s left gutted when it seems that another pregnancy test comes back negative. Oh, Toyah love.
Keeping with the bad news (sorry gang, Corrie is miserable this week), Gina Sneddon is deep in financial mire. Not realizing the mess her aunt is in, Sophie Webster asks her for the money she’s owed. We’re amazed that Gina pays up, we thought Sophie had waved goodbye to that cash. Here’s hoping Gina ‘fesses up about her situation soon though.
Mr. and Mrs.
This looks like good news, right? ‘Fraid not. Mary Taylor and Norris Cole rope Craig Tinker into helping them take some snaps for the Mr. and Mrs. competition. But while with them, Bethany Platt receives a call telling her that PC Neil and Nathan Curtis will be facing trail and she breaks down in Craig's arms.
Billy Mahew and Todd Grimshaw want to help Summer Spellman when she tells them how awful life with her horrible, homophobic, grandparents is. They know that Drew Spellman drew up a legal document saying that he wanted his adoptive daughter to live with her godfather, Billy, after his death. But will her grandparents let her go?
And will Summer want to live on the street, after Tracy Barlow decides that Amy Barlow would be a good pal for her? Back away from the Barlows, Summer sweetheart. Trust us on this.
