Cory Monteith's cause of death has been confirmed in a final coroner's report in Canada.
The British Columbia Coroner's Service has stated that the Glee star died after shooting-up heroin and drinking champagne on the night of his death back in July.
The report states that drug paraphernalia including a used needle and empty champagne bottles and glasses were found in the 31-year-old actor's room at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver.
Monteith was discovered dead on 13 July, the day he was due to check out.
Coroner Claire Thompson said: "It appeared (he) had been dead for several hours.
"I classify this death as accidental."
