Courteney Cox has filed her own divorce papers in response to her estranged husband Friends and Cougar Town star makes no mention of a pre-nuptial agreement in her documents - which would mean that all assets from the couple's 12-year marriage could be divided equally between them.
TMZ reports that they have no pre-nup, and that Cox is worth £48.3 million while Arquette is worth £11 million.
