Courtney Love London Show
Love showcases her new album in London...
Courtney Love celebrated her birthday last night (July 9) by playing a very intimate gig at Londons Bush Hall for friends and competition winners.
Late Kurt Cobain widow and former Hole singer played a set that mostly showcased new material for her forthcoming album Nobodys Daughter but also threw in some Hole classics along with: Malibu, Celebrity Skin and Doll Parts.
In her first UK live appearance in years Courtney remarked on the recent smoking ban thats hit the UK, complaining:
The only place I can smoke in England is the House of Parliament. How retarded is that?
Perhaps nicotine gum would have made a good gift this year.
Happy birthday Courtney!
