The pair are already famous for their futuristic robot costumes and are set to further that image by making a cameo appearance in the new sci-fi sequel.

DP have also recorded the soundtrack for the movie, with the album due out on December 7.

The image was released with a 90 second clip of one of the album’s songs - called The Game Has Changed.

Tron Legacy hits cinemas in 3D on Boxing Day with a 20 minute IMAX preview being shown later this month.
