We love an unlikely celebrity friendship, so we were super-excited to learn that reality TV matriarch Kris Jenner is currently sunning herself in Mexico with none other than Fifty Shades of Grey star Dakota Johnson.

No, they weren't smashing tequila slammers on Spring Break in Cabo San Lucas, but rather they've been relaxing and unwinding with Dakota's mum Melanie Griffith in Cancun.

There was no sign of the young actress in the images but E! News is confident that she was there. She's probably just had enough cameras after all those flashbulbs at the Fifty Shades premieres.

Meanwhile a Kardashian source has also told E! that Kris and her younger BF Cory Gamble have NOT parted ways - despite media reports to the contrary.
