Rosemary Conley Gets Dancing On Ice Boot
Fitness guru given heave-ho by judges after skate-off with Chemmy Alcott...
Dancing On Ice this year, after losing to Chemmy Alcott in the skate-off.
Fitness guru Rosemary, 64, and Olympic ski racer Chemmy, 29, received the least votes from the public and both had to repeat their Valentine's Day routine in front of the judges.
The judges praised both of them for improving and said neither deserved to be in the skate-off, but all three voted to save Chemmy.
Speaking after the bad news, Rosemary said of her skating partner Mark Hanretty: "I've loved every second and this young man is a new best friend in my life.
"He's brought the best out of me. I just want to thank you for being the best coach and nicest person that God put on this earth."
And she also praised show mentors Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, adding: "They are such an inspiration and I don't think people at home realise how much you do to make the show how it is, because you are both legends."
There was additional drama in this evening's show when Jennifer Ellison cut her head open with her own skate while performing.
