Daniel Radcliffe has confessed that he IS in a relationship - two months after making his public debut with his GF Erin Darke.

The former Harry Potter star was lured onto the subject of his private life during an interview on Good Morning Britain.

And he admitted that he is seeing somebody - but would go no further than that.

"Yes I am very, very happy with someone, but I'm not... I'm not actually..." he said, indicating that his love life is off limits.

"People just make it seem open because people write about it sometimes but it's one of those things that I try not to talk about.

"Then people ask me stuff and I forget what I have to answer and when to stop talking so I'm going to do that one now!"

But the star had earlier discussed the nature of true love with Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard.

"Sure, yes - I'm 25 years old, and I know exactly what true love is!" he declared.

"I don't know... is it not when you're just really, really happy with one person? Is it as simple as that?

"That's what I've been shooting for, if it's anything much more complicated than that I've been doing it wrong."
