Daniel Radcliffe Drops By New Star Wars Film Set
Whilst another Hogwarts star announces they'll return to the sci-fi saga...
Radcliffe was treated to a guided tour of the studios, and met up with some of the actors as he looked around the set and was shown some of the costumes.
The 25-year-old's arrival sparked rumours that he was making a surprise cameo in the picture, but it was confirmed he was just there as a guest of honour.
A source told the paper: "Dan's been on many a big budget, but really wanted to see the Star Wars set in action.
"It's one of the biggest films in production so even other actors want to pay the set a visit. But because it was Dan, everyone thought he must be making a cameo appearance in it, but he wasn't."
But one Harry Potter star has confirmed he'll be starring in the upcoming sci-fi film.
Warwick Davis announced in a YouTube skit he shared on Twitter that he's returning to the franchise for Episode VII.
The hilarious video throws back to July 2013, with Davis waiting patiently for a call to reprise his role as an Ewok for the new movie.
Lupita Nyong'o, Adam Driver and John Boyega are amongst the new faces cast in the film alongside original stars Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher.
Stars Wars Episode VII is set for release on 18 December 2015.
