Dappy Paid People To Ask For His Autograph!
The No Regrets star was only 15 at the time though…
This week's Number One star Dappy has revealed that long before his N-Dubz and solo success he always knew he would be famous one day.
Talking to Now magazine, the No Regrets hitmaker revealed that while he was still a schoolboy he paid someone to ask for his autograph in a bid to make himself look famous, saying:
"When I was 15 I used to walk around with a pen in my pocket hoping that people would think I was famous and ask me for my autograph.
"My long-term girlfriend from Greece came over to England and I paid someone a fiver to ask me for my autograph.
"She was like: 'Wow!' I felt so good! Ha ha, I can't believe I did that."
As well as scoring his first Number One this week, Dappy has also announced details of his first ever solo tour, which takes place this December around the UK at the following venues:

December 10 - Birmingham, HMV Institute
December 11 - Manchester, Academy
December 12 - Sheffield, Plug
December 13 - Liverpool, O2 Academy
