Dappy 'Told Off' By Judge In Court
During his affray case, the N-Dubz star was apparently ordered to stay silent...
Dappy appeared in court yesterday (24th May) after [uuid=53beaf1c-10dc-4827-9330-16032a8cfc04]N-Dubzfrontman and three fellow defendants were told to be quiet twice by a judge as they stood in the dock.
The newspaper reports the foursome tutted and talked throughout the hearing as evidence was being presented, with the judge at Guildford Magistrates Court growing tired of their constant noise, asking they to stay silent.
The court heard how, Dappy - real name Dino Contostavlos - allegedly spat at two girls at a petrol garage after the refused to get in his car back in February.
Contostavlos is then said to have punched one of their three male friends as Dappy's friends pals joined in. One of the men apparently lost nine teeth in the brawl.
Dappy and Co deny affray, with the 24-year old singer insisting that HE was attacked.
The No Regrets hitmaker and his pals were later bailed and are due to appear for committal to crown court in July.
