David Beckham, Brooklyn And Ed Sheeran Have To Leave A Pub Because Of Taunts
Let’s take a minute to feel a teensy bit sorry for David Beckham, Ed Sheeran and Brooklyn Beckham who had to leave a pub because footy fans decided to taunt them.
The trio were enjoying a nice pint (probably) in a North London pub when a bunch of Welsh football fans arrived. The fans, who were decked out in Welsh flags, spotted Becks and started chanting Welsh anthems his way.
Earlier that day the English FA had cheekily sent the Welsh FA a tweet of David Beckham scoring against the Welsh team to celebrate England being just one place below Wales in the FIFA rankings.
Poor Becks had no idea about the tweet.
A source told The Sun the boys had tried to stick it out…
“The boys were enjoying a catch up when suddenly the pub was taken over by Welsh fans at around 8.30pm. They tried to remain discreet wearing beanies and caps but the supporters recognised them and sang Welsh anthems, buoyed by the fact the pub was decked in Welsh flags. It started to get a bit annoying, forcing Becks to call it a night.”
Oh dear. We hope they at least managed to have a bag of crisps and a pint before leaving.
