David Beckham Buys Steve McQueen Replica Porsche?

PSG footballer has reportedly splashed £70k on the luxury car...

David Beckham has allegedly blown £70,000 on a replica Porsche, similar to the one driven movie icon Steve McQueen.
The Mirror claims the hunky footballer splashed the cash on the classic 1969 slate-grey Porsche 911 from specialists dealer Lee Mayor Restorations in Preston.
His new wheels were "built up from a Californian shell" with "original slate grey colour... fully refurbished, new dash, replica Recaro seats and correct carpet set".
The motor was described as a 'Steve McQueen replica', with the original car - which featured in McQueen's 1971 flick, Le Mans - selling for £832, 800 at auction in California.
Becks has previously addressed his admiration for McQueen - who passed away at the age of 50 in 1980 - telling ShortList in an interview: "I've always looked at people such as Steve McQueen for influence.
"His clothes, his sense of style, the way he looked in pictures, the way he was as a personality."
