David Beckham Shares Heartache Over Soccer Pressure On Son
Boy revealed he was stressed at following in dad's footsteps...
David Beckham might only be a size 10 (we're guessing here), but he's left some pretty big boots to fill when it comes to his football career.
And it seems one of his three sons has been feeling the pressure as he took his own tentative steps into the world of professional football.
40 Times David Beckham Was A Total DILF
The 40-year-old hunk revealed the heartbreaking moment that his lad (he hasn't said which) unburdened himself to him.
"I'd love them to play soccer, but I want them to be happy doing it, you know," Becks told ABC News.
"One of my boys turned around to me the other day, he said, 'Daddy, you know, I'm not sure I want to play football all the time...' It broke my heart a little bit.
"He said, 'Every time that I step onto the field, I know people are saying, you know, 'This is David Beckham's son,' and if I'm not as good as you, then it's not good enough.'
"I said, 'Okay, stop right there... You play because you want to play'."
Brooklyn Beckham left the Arsenal Academy earlier this year and has confessed that he'd like to study photography and art, so draw your own conclusions from that.
