Posh And Becks Splash Cash On Festive Getaway

David Beckham has reportedly splashed some serious cash on a festive family getaway in the Maldives.

It's claimed that the football superstar has forked out a £250,000 fortune on a sun-soaked Christmas break at the luxury One&Only Reethi Rah resort.

According to The Sun, Becks has booked the best - along with three further suites with a price tag of £3,700 a night.

Posh and Becks headed out to the Maldives' sandy beaches and deep blue sea yesterday.

A source told the tabloid: "It's the best resort in the Maldives and they are staying in the most expensive rooms."

The very posh hotel, which features 130 private villas, 12 beaches and its own seaplane, with the priciest suite costs £8,600 a night.

Dinner at £150 a pop will seem like a drop in the ocean after that.

The Beckhams were recently rumoured to be house-hunting in the UK.
