Demi Lovato has debuted a new blue 'do!
The starlet revealed her newly-dyed locks during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Wednesday night (October 2) where she performed her new track Neon Lights for the first time.
The 21-year-old beauty has since taken to Instagram to post a candid shot of her latest look, which she captioned: "LIKE NEON HAAAIIIIIRRRRR!!!!"
