Demi Lovato is apparently "doing well" in rehab, according to her Sonny With A Chance co-star, Sterling Knight.
Despite reports that Lovato's hopes of being home for Thanksgiving have been dashed after it was claimed she would spend the holidays in rehabilitation, Knight has revealed that the actress is on the mend.
Speaking to E! Online, Sterling claimed: "She's in good spirits. I didn't want to bother her too much because I want her to get her rest.

"I know she's been overworked for a long time. I'm hoping she stays strong and gets through it. You'd rather nip it in the bud sooner than later."

He added: "I know she's been real busy - almost entirely too busy for any human being, let alone a 18-year-old girl. It's nice that she's handling her stuff."

Meanwhile, the Camp Rock star's ex-boyfriend, Joe Jonas, commented on his relationship with Demi yesterday, quashing reports that their break-up contributed to her breakdown, saying there is 'no drama' between himself and Lovato.
