Demi Lovato 'To Join Glee Season 5'

Demi Lovato has reportedly signed on to guest star in the upcoming fifth season of the hit TV show Glee.

 

According to TVLine, Demi will play Dani, a 'struggling artist friend' of Rachel and Santana's based in New York City.

 

Demi's character is said to have several musical numbers opposite a character played by ex-American Idol star Adam Lambert, who was confirmed to be joining the show last month.

 

 

TVLine writes that Demi is slated to appear in at least six episodes of the musical dramedy series, with her first episode being the second part of the Beatles tribute airing October 3 in the States.

 

Glee's production schedule will work around Lovato's existing work commitments as a judge on The X Factor USA.
