Demi Lovato is having a sensational year. Not only has she dominated radio with huge singles including her Jax Jones feature 'Instruction' and her very own 'Sorry Not Sorry' but she's also released a critically acclaimed album 'Tell Me You Love Me'.

Last night she performed the title track on The Voice finale and it was nothing short of sublime.

Dressed in a stunning pinstripe pantsuit and surrounded by a chorus of backing vocalists, Demi reminded us exactly why she is the superstar that she is by letting her vocals do the talking and pouring her heart and soul into the stunning hit ballad.

Those notes at the end are absolutely incredible. We can't get over how good she is.

Seriously who else Demi's age can perform and sing like that in pop music today?

Someone who does have the pipes to match Demi is fellow vocal powerhouse Kelly Clarkson. The 'Love So Soft' singer also performed at The Voice Finale and just like Demi she put her vocals front and centre, singing a rendition of 'Medicine'.

While it's yet to be confirmed, 'Medicine' is expected to be Kelly's new single.

With its catchy chorus and soulful delivery, it is easily worthy of Kelly's best.

Music is so much more enjoyable with Demi and Kelly in it.

Fingers crossed these two join forces one day on a duet.
