Diddyhas announced plans for a free show in London.

He made the announcement during a signing session at the HMV store on Oxford Street on 20 January, saying it would take place “in two weeks” and adding “I hope y'all get tickets”. An official announcement on the gig is still to be made.

The 220 lucky fans at the signing were treated to a performance of his new single Diddy-Dirty Moneyalbum, Chipmunk, Tinchy Stryder, Skepta and Wretch 32perform for a VIP crowd including Ashley Cole, Courtney Loveand The Wanted.

During his time in Britain, Diddy told anyone who’d listen that he is desperate to perform at Will and Kate’s wedding in April. "I want to be involved in the royal wedding for sure,” he told the Daily Star. “William and Kate need to give me a call. They don't need any other entertainment, just me."

And he claimed to be a big fan of the monarchy. "I went to Buckingham Palace this morning because I want to play the Queen my new album but they wouldn’t let me in. I couldn't believe it. Having tea with the Queen would be the best afternoon of her life."

Diddy’s promo tour has since moved on to Paris.
