Disclosure have teamed up with Nile Rodgers, Sam Smith and Jimmy Napes for a brand new track.

The dance duo unveiled the collaboration, entitled Together, earlier today (November 15) via Method Records.

A statement regarding the tune read: "This is the product of a day in Timber St Studios with Disclosure, Sam Smith, Jimmy Napes and Nile Rodgers. Hope you enjoy!"

Smith later tweeted: "VERY proud to give you all 'TOGETHER' Released by my musical family @MethodRecords."
