Those Disney Princesses might have evil queens and witches intent on dethroning them to deal with, but at least they've got aconsolation prize that comes in the form of these rather wonderful designer shoes.

You've already seen the Disney royals redesigned with tattoos, drawn as Clueless characters and even with slightly more realisticbody hair, but now someone's decided the time has come to redesign their shoes closets too.

This all comes from within the walls of Disney itself and has been brought to lifebyhusband and wife design team Griz and Norm, who are both Feature Animation Artists for Walt Disney Animation Studio.

Being big fans of the Disney Princesses, they've gone back and given favourites that includeJasmine, Alice and Rapunzel some pretty gorgenew shoes based on the designs of iconic footwear brands like Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo and Christian Louboutin.

They aren't the only ones getting the designer treatment though and you'll also see a few notable villains seem to have lucked out on the fancy shoe front.
