District MTV, the home of pop style, in conjunction with Select Model Management, are giving one lucky reader the opportunity of a lifetime: to launch a presenting career as The Face Of District MTV and report from the shows at London Fashion Week 13 - 17 September 2013.

"The Face Of District MTV competition is the chance to shortcut the sometimes difficult path to becoming an MTV-endorsed presenter," says Melanie Hick, editor-in-chief at District MTV.

"It's ideal for someone with a great personality and brilliant presence who loves pop style. If this opportunity had have existed when I was starting out, I would have jumped at it!"

Our winner, who will be selected by a public vote followed by judging from an elite panel of industry experts including those from District MTV and Select, will present for District MTV at London Fashion Week and will also:

-Receive presenting coaching from our MTV presenters
-Have their hair, make-up and clothing professionally styled
-See themself featured on the District MTV site
-Be presented with a showreel of their work
-Receive advice and mentoring from Select Model Management and the opportunity to sign a year's contract for modelling or special bookings

To enter, you must submit a 30-second video of yourself presenting your dream District MTV fashion show, via theTalenthouse website. Submissions are open from today until Sunday 1 September, after which a week-long public vote will take place, before the judging panel pick their overall winner. The Face Of District MTV will be announced on Monday 9 September.
