Dizzee Rascalhas re-recorded his unofficial 2010 World Cup anthem Simon Cowell, topped the charts two year's ago, and features comedian James Corden.
WhileTears for Fearsclassic, the rapper says: "Last time we raised over 85k for Great Ormond Street, so let's top that!
"This is a chance to get behind your country and help those who need it most. Shout out to Simon Cowell for the re-call."
He added: "Big shout out to the England squad. We're all excited to see you win. Good luck!"
Dizzee and James are donating all of their royalties from the sales of the track to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
