DJ Casper Heading For Top-Spot

DJ Casper looks set to climb up the UK singles chart to number one, with 'Cha Cha Slide'.

Casper's novelty nonsense is on course to swap places with the current top-spot holder, Britney's 'Toxic', although the week is yet young.

The highest new entry is set to come from J-Lo at three or thereabouts with 'Baby I Love You', while Enrique Iglesias' 'Not In Love', featuring Kelis, should enter not far behind.

Black Eyed Peas look set to scalp themselves another top ten entry with 'Hey Mama'.

Outside the top ten, new entries are on the cards for Jamie Cullum, Phixx, Fountains Of Wayne, Vines, Jet and Marques Houston.

Further down the chart, Lionel Ritchie, B2K, Gomez, Northern Heightz and Graham Coxon are destined to claim new entries.

In the album chart, Katie Melua looks set to remain at number one, while new entries can be expected from the following spring chickens: Daniel O'Donnell, Harry Connick Jr, Lionel Ritchie, Barry Manilow and Engelbert Humperdinck.
