DMX is being held in an Arizona jail for failing to appear in court over an alleged theft.

The charges apparently relate to an incident where the star gave a false name at a medical surgery. Authorities have this time set his bail at $25,000.

The rapper- real name Earl Simmons- is constantly in trouble with the law- over driving offences, animal cruelty and drug charges.

According to reports DMXis also facing charges of marijuana possession, possessing drugs paraphernalia and dog cruelty charges.

He is currently filming a reality show called DMX: This Life Of Mine which will certainly make for interesting viewing!
