The final episode of the current series ofDoctor Whohas accidentally been leaked to fans in the US following a posting blunder.
The episode, titled The Name Of The Doctor, was part of the Series 7 Part 2 Blu-ray release - which was sent out early by mistake.

Edward Russell, the BBC's brand manager for Doctor Who, confirmed the cock-up and asked fans not to spoil the content for others.
He tweeted: "Production error in US means DW bluray shipped early. Let's hope no one spoils it for those who want to enjoy it together on Sat. Please RT."
And the show's official Twitter account also addressed the issue.
"Some US DVDs of this series have gone out early. The #DoctorWho team would be hugely grateful if fans helped keep spoilers off the net.
"Steven Moffat has promised if fans help keep the finale's secrets, we'll release a special video featuring Matt & David right after the ep!"
Show boss Moffat has previously promised that the series finale will "change the course of Who forever".
