One of the hottest tracks to leak for a long time has hit the internet and its a collaboration between Dr Dre, T.I and Nas.

The song Topless is featured on hip hop blogs and is credited as Dr Dres track raising suspicions it might be taken from Detox.

Both Nas and T.I provide vintage verses with the latter focusing many of his rhymes on the former N.W.A man.

He starts the track with Its the DR/ In charge of saving artists at the ER, and goes on to reference 2Pac, California Love and Chronic.

Dre himself only spits on the chorus and provides a trademark bass-heavy beat. The song sounds unfinished and unmastered so the notorious perfectionist may be unhappy at it leaking so early.

The delayed Detox will be Dres first album in 10 years and is rumoured for release this Spring. But dont hold your breath.
